The number of executives of charities receiving six-figure salaries at the UK’s 14 leading foreign aid charities have risen by nearly 60 per cent. Eleven executives receive in excess of £142,500 a year equivalent to the Prime Minister’s salary.
Those who donate their hard-earned income are keen that their sums should be delivering services rather than paying executives high salaries.
