Wareham & Purbeck Young Farmers Club held a Ploughing Match last month and they decided that the proceeds from the event should be donated to Poole Hospital Cancer Treatment Trust for which we are very grateful. The total came to £2,000 – a terrific result.
The Club meets every week and details can be found on their website or on their Facebook page. They have a varied number of events throughout the year and you would be made most welcome.
