The Rotary Club of Poole kindly loaned us Santa’s Train before Christmas to arrange a street collection in a designated area. This year we were given Talbot Village and we were delighted that Santa was able to join us from his busy schedule.
During the evening we collected over £500 to help in our work in assisting Poole Hospital. Unfortunately the evening clashed with one when England was playing in the World Cup so we apologise to those we disturbed.
It was a great evening and our elf collectors enjoyed themselves and Santa has promised to visit us again if we do collections in future years in different areas.
